  • Using the Authority’s website in any manner to send emails or any content from or on behalf of the website, or by referencing it, or impersonating its name or identity, in a way that includes insulting or defaming the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, the website, or any person, or publishing false news or information and attributing it to the Authority without justification.
  • Violating the rules of use and breaching the system or network exposes the violator to civil and criminal liability. Cases involving such violations will be investigated and the violator will be prosecuted.
  • The federal courts in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction to hear and resolve disputes in accordance with the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates.
